Tracking number:

1. Pack the items unworn with their tags, and put a note inside with your return number.
2. Print the label and stick it on the parcel.
3. Take it to a Royal Mail drop-off point (a Royal Mail Customer Service Point or Royal Mail shop) — not a Post Office counter.

We’ll check your request and email your prepaid returns label within 1 working day. Please don’t send anything back until you have it.
